Approach
We tailored a workshop using components of the Boom! Innovation Flow and Boom! Business Design Flow to fit the challenge of the Berlin team.
1. Team Building & Visioning
Aligning the team and the vision. Make sure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal. Identifying strengths and weaknesses.
2. Defining the concept
Making ideas tangible and narrowing down a clear concept.
3. Business Eco System
Discovering the eco-system around the defined concept. Identifying possible challenges to test and the way forward towards a first physical prototype.
Solution
The team is now aligned and have a shared vision for the future. They have a clear view on their concept and a roadmap moving forward towards a first prototype.
